Welcome to Venlury. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venlury launcher application and the software made available through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using Venlury you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and bound to a single device for security. Sharing, reselling, or transferring accounts is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions & access

Access to the Service is sold as time-based plans (for example, 7-day, 30-day, or lifetime). Your access activates automatically once payment is confirmed and remains active for the duration of the plan you purchased. Time-based plans do not renew automatically unless clearly stated at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; changes never affect a plan you have already purchased.

6. Refund Policy

Venlury sells digital access that is delivered instantly upon payment. Because of the immediate digital nature of the Service, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 48 hours of purchase through in-app Support or by email and we will work to resolve it or, at our discretion, issue a refund. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, account bans due to Terms violations, or partial use of a plan.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account from within the app.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venlury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
