- Account data — your username and email address, used to create and secure your account.
- Authentication data — a password (stored securely) and a device identifier used to bind your account to your device.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, last login time, and which tools you launch, used to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a successful payment and your plan, but we do not store your full card number.
- Support messages — content you send us through in-app chat or email.
2. How we use your information
- to create your account and activate your access;
- to keep the Service secure and enforce our Terms (for example, device-lock and anti-abuse);
- to process payments and deliver the plan you purchased;

3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider that acts as merchant of record. Your card details are entered on their secure checkout and are never handled or stored by Venlury. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and payment processing), or where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from within the app, we remove your personal data, though we may retain limited records where required to prevent fraud or abuse or to comply with legal obligations.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure storage of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. Your rights
